A proud recognition:
I have spent a lot of time and money in training to attain advanced professional designations in my business -- ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and ePRO (marketing technology designation from NAR). But as important as those achievements are, being chosen as a Five Star Professional is an achievement that means more because it was the result of my clients and industry colleagues responses to a very large satisfaction survey.

You'll see that it results from phone and written surveys of all homebuyers who purchased homes in the Austin/San Antonio/Central Texas region over an 18-month period, along with additional surveys of title and mortgage professionals. I had no idea that the survey was underway, did not spend any of my time or money on the process, and learned of the results only after it was complete. Enough of those surveyed recommended my services to place me among the Top 3% of real estate agents in this region! Wow!
Please don't read this as bragging. It's not. Instead, this post is a way to say "Thank you" because I don't know who contributed to this recognition. Of course, I know which clients and mortgage lenders and title companies I worked with during the period surveyed, and I still communicate with all of them, but I have no way of knowing which of them recommended me, so I offer this more general but completely sincere "Thank you."
